Mike Tait is our Senior Director. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants with over 25 years of experience. Mike heads our Audit and Corporate Finance Team.

Mike Fleming is our Managing Director. Mike spent 18 years with the Inland Revenue during which time he specialised in Investigations. He is a Chartered Tax Advisor and a founder member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. Mike leads our Tax Planning and Investigation Team.

Alan Gibson is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants with over 35 years experience. He is head of the Forensic Accounting Team and as such his skills are extremely broad and link in to all aspects of our Professional Services.
